Very yin. Slow practice. Focus is mostly on Foot and Ankle. You will get a little bit of hamstrings too. Gentle practice when you dont have it and just need something to stretch mildly. Thank you, Melissa

thank you, i feel so much relief, i think i messed up the back of the lower leg/and feet earlier today... and needed this. And i loove the humour.. its great to do weird stuff..
