Thank you for all the suggestions in regards to foot and ankle muscles!! Recovering from a really bad skiing accident and a broken leg, was non-weight bearing for 3 months and trying to find ways to build the muscles back. While the knee doesn't bother me as much, it's the foot and ankle that had the most atrophy. I am gonna add some of the things from this practice to my daily exercises!!

As a fellow along the broken ankle recovery road this was nice. Overlapped with some PT along with some different movements.

I’m recovering from knee surgery and was able to use a bolster for knee support. This was a gentle way to get back into yoga and focus on body parts other than my knee—thank you Melissa!

I'm recovering from shoulder surgery, so I wanted to focus on the lower body. I had to adjust for a few twists and stretches with my arm, but otherwise could do it all. Easy to follow and feel great afterwards!
