Yin/Yang Yoga for the Spine
Sarah-Jane begins with a yang flow, which is full of energy, movement and challenging poses, to warm and prepare the body for 30 minutes of yin. The heat generated during the first 20 minutes makes the yin poses - the deeper spinal bends and twists - feel so good you'll want to spend a lot more time in savasana.

She made this practice feel so short yet long and deepening for your body. I love how she really tells you about whats going on in your body during the postures. Amazing!
I love this teacher, she is the queen of yin and my back feels really happy right now. I loved all the individual poses both yang and yin, I would just say I found the yang sequence a little choppy for my body. A few more transitioning poses maybe? Thanks so much Sarah
