Thank you so much for this video! Today was my first day and the soothing tones of Sarah Jane's voice, the gentle music and the sometimes exquisite stretches were just perfect. I can't wait until tomorrow for my next session.
This was my first time for this class. I've been working on the intermediate level but recently have had a great deal of lower back stiffness. What a relief to see this on the opening menu. I will try it again as I expect it will take a bit to regain my previous flexibility. It's good to slow down and focus. Thank you
This is a gentle, well-paced day. A great combination of poses to either start or end a day. I loved the amount of direction to guide, check in with feelings to see if I'm hitting the right spots, and always letting me think of where I can improve. Also, there are many that this gives me to consider what poses I might do for a few minutes during the middle of a work day. Excited for more!
Today was my first day with this video and I really enjoyed it! Im not able to do all the poses to the fullest yet but I can't wait to do this again tomorrow. Great teacher!
