A perfect session that helped me very much in getting grounded and feel energized at the end of day that went not very smooth. I was extremely tense and unbalanced. All tension gone after Tracey's class. I loved the instructions, the space for breathing, the flow... this is the second class that I took with Tracey. She is a very good teacher creating a nice atmosphere for the mental and physical work. Thanks very much Tracey! :-)
I really love how Tracey mixes vinyasas with standing poses so that my arms and shoulders don't get tired and I lose my form. I also like that she incorporates tree pose (and at other times dancer's pose) into her classes as these are some of my favorites and not seen enough in my opinion. Thanks for another great class!
