This is a banquet of neck and shoulder openings and all are done in seated positions. David gives clear and calm instructions and cues. I loved the outdoor setting and at times I felt like I was out there too. At times I found it hard to kneel for such long periods so I modified and chose to do hero's pose supported on a block instead. This class really opened up my shoulders and loosened my neck, thank you!

Some of these classes by the ocean have the natural sounds of nature in the background. I prefer those to the ones with music.

Hi I am looking to do the 8 week program where this class features as day one with a break every other day. My question is, is it ok to do the program on a daily basis without missing a day? I am a beginner and like to do some yoga every day. PS I have just completed your 21 day meditation course and loved it, namaste X

I did this class every other day for several weeks after 2 months of PT had failed to take the pain away from a bad shoulder sprain. Fixed! And then I did it every other day starting a week after lumpectomy/sentinel node biopsy, and my surgeon was amazed at how quickly I got full range (pain free!) of motion back. It is a wonderful hour for anyone with shoulder issues.
