The Ultimate Shoulder Sequence
This slow, meditative Hatha yoga class is a thorough stretching of the shoulders and neck. You will be reminded throughout to return to an awareness of your body sensations as you flow through the poses. A 10-minute total body relaxation completes the class.

I really like this class for getting a good stretch in the shoulders and loosening the whole upper body. The only thing I didn't care for was the background music - I found the intermittent drum beat quite distracting and it prevented me from relaxing mentally.
This is a wonderful and easy to follow class. It gently but deeply stretches the shoulders and neck and is also relaxing. The camera shows different angles to better understand the pose and David shows how to use the strap as needed.
