The Ultimate Shoulder Sequence
This slow, meditative Hatha yoga class is a thorough stretching of the shoulders and neck. You will be reminded throughout to return to an awareness of your body sensations as you flow through the poses. A 10-minute total body relaxation completes the class.

This is a class I will come back to again and again. Did it for the first time this morning, but I think it's a class for the late evening - (will be a good one to do after strict push press and weight lifting !)
Due to an old knee injury (and nearly no more cartilage) I cannot kneel, so had to modify most of the class !
We love this class so much, David. Thanks for creating it. It helps my partner and I to recover movement and relax upper body and our minds. We've talked about how perfect the background music is for getting in the right state of mind. Today for the first time we read the final credits (usually still enjoying shavasana) and we found out you also created the music for this class which makes it even more amazing. Focus on shoulders excellent, slow and measured. But sitting backwards on shins for this long took away some of the attention, so I modified.
