The Ultimate Shoulder Sequence
This slow, meditative Hatha yoga class is a thorough stretching of the shoulders and neck. You will be reminded throughout to return to an awareness of your body sensations as you flow through the poses. A 10-minute total body relaxation completes the class.

Great comprehensive set for neck and shoulders, I loved the ingenuity of each posture! However, I felt that just as the fascia was about to release, you went onto the next move. I feel a little better, but I feel that it could have been significantly better if the extra time had been given. Thank you for all you do!

I loved the focus on deep stretch in this class. I feel like it is preparing me for some more intense work in the next class. Can't wait! Also I loved the nature setting of the video and all the ducks flying around made lovely points of focus when trying to relax deeper into the stretch. Nice voice on the teacher too. Thank you!
