Wow, this is the first time I've done this sequence and have been able to get my leg straight up/out while holding the bind, thank you Crista for your wonderful teaching. And thank you doyogawithme for being such an amazing resource. Still working on getting up into a handstand, but maybe one day!

Thank you, Christa. This class of yours I enjoyed much more than the previous, slowly becoming acquainted with your style and the places you take us to. One comment I would like to add: I had/have nothing that I am currently „angry about“ so had to turn your instructions around into some kind of positive metaphor. Was irritating to focus on my own positive image as you repeated the word „anger“, „angry“ on each side several times. But I am happy to say that —we were able to stay true to „our“ practice. Namaste

Thank you Christa, i really enjoyed that!! I can understand that for some people this might be too much, when you're not in the mood to play and try something new. But for me it was great. I love ending up in poses that i never thought i could do, like binding standing twist with one leg horizontal - how did i even get there?!? :-)

I have to agree with PeacefulRN, the transitions were clunky and there was no slow warm-up stretches to prepare tight muscles for the variety of twists. By the end of the practice, my IT bands and quads were screaming.

Not my kind of class - the sequencing felt clunky, the teacher's loud breathing and cheesy music were distracting, and overall I felt I ADDED tension to my body instead of releasing it. Oh well...can't love them all. ;-)

Christa and Fiji are my favourite teachers and I must say this class really takes the cake!! Whenever I am feeling a little down mood-wise, I will always go for a Christa class and she NEVER FAILS TO LIFT MY SPIRITS.

This class is such a great addition, her classes are just getting better and better with a well rounded flow and stretching and strength building all built into it with her cheerful happy positively instructions!

I love how you play with traditional poses and mix standing and seated postures so that your mind stays alert and your body doesn't get fatigued. WOW THIS WAS A GREAT CLASS. I feel so incredible right now after having finished it. I'm someone who mostly practices yoga for the physical benefits, but this class got right down into my heart. I was left feeling serene and calm, perfectly at ease in my body and breath... now THAT is the benefit of yoga!!

Also, if youre used to an advanced practice dont worry, all of Christas intermediate classes are perfectly juicy. There's a reverse bird of paradise option in this one. A REVERSE BIRD OF PARADISE. Get the heck outta here.

I had a long day and almost skipped today.... however, I am pretty dedicated to the 30 day challenge and didn't want to give up. It looked so difficult but somehow I made it through. I feel great! I wobbled at times and couldn't hop up but your kind instruction really encouraged me to be easy on myself and just laugh it off. This challenge is honestly having such a huge impact on my mind and body.. thank you!!

This class was AMAZING! I would normally have skipped over it, as it seemed a little too intense for my usual practice, but I tried it as part of the 30 day challenge, and I am so glad I did! My body feels thoroughly stretched and energized, and the way Crista narrated the class helped me shift my attitude, too. I am FLOWING now! :) Thank you.
