Nice flow class. Fun and challenging. Guy makes the class welcoming and approachable, the just try it attitude. I love it. Will have to seek out more Guy classes. Thank you DoYogaWithMe.com for bringing a diverse portfolio of classes and instructors. I can always find a class to suit whatever mood or physical condition.

This class is a perfect complement to my weight training program - it's interesting how the weight training helps me with many of these poses, although I think my quads will always be challenged in that chair pose/Adrha Chandrasana sequence! Lots of balance work, which I also need. I am new to Intermediate II classes and this is a perfect challenging class for me. Not too easy, not too hard.
