I loved this slow flow! Great strength and balance challenges, clear gentle instructions. I am coming back from a total hip replacement and this was the first time I was able to hold a crow pose since my surgery. Thank you Guy.

Thank you for your class! When discussing with your colleagues from DYWM I have a suggestion to make: seniors do want challenging classes. They only have to be a bit slower than those for the younger ones. I feel you and Satiya are addressing this. We want more of this kind of classes!! Thank you!!!
Slow flow is a wonderful way to do yoga. You don't feel rushed and have time to breath and to correct your asanas. You can see clearly the deep connections between strength, balance, focus and pranayama. Thank you, Gus!

This was my first class with Guy. Really not sure how I could miss him until now! Great class, great instructions, very gentle and pleasing voice. Just right for a nice morning (or daytime, or evening) practice. I´ll be back! ;-)

Guy, these more challenging slow flow classes of your are my favorites! This class is well balanced and challenging, but allows for plenty of time to feel into each posture without feeling rushed. I will come back to this one many more times!
Guy is an incredible teacher. He manages to keep a vinyasa flow practitioner like me interested and challenged while making it accessible to all. I feel so at peace. Namaste

Today marks my 2 year anniversary of practising yoga with DYWM. I began as a total beginner with reoccurring back pains and I can honestly say you guys changed my life. I am so thankful to you all and so grateful to have completed this wonderful class with Guy. Your classes and meditations are truly amazing. Namaste!
What a juicy flow! I was feeling tired today but still wanted to work my body a little - I'm so glad I chose this class. Perfect slower pace that let me sink into poses without feeling like I was left hanging. The mixture of strength and stretch with familiar, but not easy, poses was exactly what I needed today.

3/20/21. Fantastic - slowly flowing, as advertised, with some intensity sprinkled in w/ multiple visits to chair pose. Guy's cues are impeccable, and his humor and humanity make this a really wonderful class. Thank you, Guy!
This was a really nice practice, Guy. Liked the strength part however the slower pace. Great cueing.
And some balances poses which was nice as well.

Brilliant class! A total body workout with moves that were just challenging enough. Super clear instruction that helped me think about form. I'll definitely look for more from Guy.

This class is a perfect complement to my weight training program - it's interesting how the weight training helps me with many of these poses, although I think my quads will always be challenged in that chair pose/Adrha Chandrasana sequence! Lots of balance work, which I also need. I am new to Intermediate II classes and this is a perfect challenging class for me. Not too easy, not too hard.
