I'm coming back to yoga after... well. A lot of things. This was a wonderful start to, I hope, get me back on track. I'd never tried Yin practice before, and I didn't realize how restorative it would be, given that longer pose holds really work the muscles (my thighs!) Thank you, Satiya, for your soothing, gentle, firm instructions-- this felt good in every way, body and mind.
This was a great, short, gentle Sunday morning stretch. I appreciate any practice that begins with the swinging floppy arms....love that move ; )
