In this power yoga practice, Fiji invites you to breathe energy and light into your own sense of self. I've said it before, but it feels like such a gift to come to this site not knowing what class I want to do, and finding a new Fiji class! Instant yoga inspiration. This is a lovely flow, and I appreciate the sentiments she expresses. It's a little more gentle than many of Fiji's classes, but still enough challenge to feel like you've done some 'proper' yoga. Lots of lovely releases for the shoulders, which I always appreciate. Thank you!!
