Difficult to get into this practice today. I found the transitions were quick at first and barely allowed me to get into the pose (until I got the hang of the sequence). As always though there was no rush and Fiji’s vocal prompts to stay focused and come back to the breath we welcome. Thanks again.

Fiji calls it routine but I didn't find it routine! Good focus on breathing and the poses are a fun mix but it was too early in the AM to do crow (if this was any other app it'd just be several rounds of very basic sun salutations, and it's not)
Nice morning flow to wake up the body!
This is a small but mighty class. Quick paced and a little challenging which is good as this is supposed to be a Challenge.
