Comment:

A short but challenging class that builds a fair amount of heat early on. (One of my favorite parts of online yoga videos is that I can take a pause or two to catch my breath, take a sip of water, re-center without "missing" any of the class. Confession: I had to do this several time in the first half of this class.) I don't like the feeling of "chasing" a sun salutation as in the pace here, but beyond that really enjoyed the class overall.

Thank you for this wonderful, rhythmic practice! I appreciated all the reminders throughout to remember to focus on the natural rhythm of my breath, and moving with that rhythm, instead of against it.
