I have done this quick flow daily since it posted, and as green2u says it really is the first flow I've wanted to commit to memory (and muscle memory.) It's easy to sneak into my day and just the right intensity level. The flow fits just with the breath to build heat and rhythm. Thank you, Fiji, for a nice, fairly basic flow sequence that checks every box.
My New Year's resolution is to know this amazing routine by heart (the first routine where I've ever felt this way). Such a nice rhythm about this one; like listening to a familiar tune. Thanks!
