A great practice to work on twists and shoulders. Fiji is wonderful at explaining each pose and she guides you through a feel good practice.
This is one you can use again and again to work on twists and your shoulders.
I enjoyed this class for some nice, intense stretches. Loved the use of both blocks for various poses. This was my first Intermediate III class. Fun and challenging.
