Restoring the Body
This gentle, hatha yoga class is sweet, long (it's 1 hr and 45 min!) and wonderful. Made up of both Restoring Equilibrium and Restoring Balance, it's full of delicious stretches, restorative poses and a lengthy relaxation at the beginning and the end. It's designed to open the body slowly, while lulling you into a state of deep calm.

at 62 I am a beginner, and I did ALMOST all of this video--ALmost. My right hip hurt on some poses, so I either did not do it for now, or released the pose. It is frustrating to find that what some find so easy is difficult for you, legs shaking, wrists too a bit challenged.. but wow, I am delighted with how I feel after even one go at it! THANK you...
