This gentle, hatha yoga class is sweet, long (it's 1 hr and 45 min!) and wonderful. Made up of both Restoring Equilibrium and Restoring Balance, it's full of delicious stretches, restorative poses and a lengthy relaxation at the beginning and the end. It's designed to open the body slowly, while lulling you into a state of deep calm.

This class left me feeling amazingly warm and calm enough to settle in for bed. Thank you David!

Wow, yummy practice :)! Thank you for a great class. I did quite intensive Yoga over the past few days and really needed a slow and gentle practice.

Hey David - lovely class (as usual) - I just have a problem and I wonder if other students experience this too. The clip keeps freezing. I changed the HD to the lowest setting and it still froze every few minutes - or maybe 10 minutes sometimes. I was recently in NZ with a different computer and in different places and I had the same problem, especially with the night-time yoga session. Is this just me? Cheers, and thanks for your inspirational teaching.

Hi, Deborah. Thanks for the feedback. I appreciate that. Most often changing the browser you are using fixes the problem of freezing. However, it's a good idea to pause the video at the beginning for a few minutes to allow it to load. Give those a try and let me know how it goes.
Take care,
David
