This gentle, hatha yoga class is sweet, long (it's 1 hr and 45 min!) and wonderful. Made up of both Restoring Equilibrium and Restoring Balance, it's full of delicious stretches, restorative poses and a lengthy relaxation at the beginning and the end. It's designed to open the body slowly, while lulling you into a state of deep calm.

I am a beginner to yoga - so for now, I alternate my yoga practice with gentle yoga & flow. This is my favorite gentle yoga! I don't always have time for it but when I do, I so appreciate it. I really enjoy beginning with relaxation and ending with a well-guided Svavasana. Thank you, David!

On YouTube I found a hip/lower back video with David. Then I visited this website and joined. These are excellent for me since I am getting older and not as slim as I used to be. This class FELT GREAT! Thank you to David and DYWM. I can't wait to try some of the other classes.
