This gentle, hatha yoga class is sweet, long (it's 1 hr and 45 min!) and wonderful. Made up of both Restoring Equilibrium and Restoring Balance, it's full of delicious stretches, restorative poses and a lengthy relaxation at the beginning and the end. It's designed to open the body slowly, while lulling you into a state of deep calm.

This class is wonderful... really felt good after completing it. I have bad knees so the part where you rest on your knees was challenging. I will add this to my long day yoga routine.
