Power Yoga for Wrist Injuries
It's frustrating when you feel like you can't do your regular yoga practice due to wrist pain. Fiji shows you how you can maintain the same intensity level of a power yoga flow, while keeping the wrists safe. She takes you through a challenging flow that strengthens and stretches the entire body, particularly the shoulders.

These were the first sun salutations I've done in two weeks since I sprained my wrist and I feel like myself again! This class is a true life saver for a yogi with a wrist injury that refuses to give up their daily practice for an injury. Thank you Fiji for reminding me to embrace the healing and what we learn from it :)
This is a great practice with, or without, wrist injuries. I loved the movements from pose to pose. This was a good choice to insert this practice to the 21 day shoulder challenge that I am doing.
I’m developing arthritic stiffness in my thumbs. This is a perfect class to give them some rest.
