Power Yoga for Wrist Injuries
It's frustrating when you feel like you can't do your regular yoga practice due to wrist pain. Fiji shows you how you can maintain the same intensity level of a power yoga flow, while keeping the wrists safe. She takes you through a challenging flow that strengthens and stretches the entire body, particularly the shoulders.

As a flute player I struggle with wrist problems on days where I have practiced my flute with intensity and want to also do some intense yoga practice. This video is the perfect solution to that - intense enough to keep my interest, therapeutic enough to make my wrists and shoulders feel better, and presented wonderfully by Fiji as she guides you through some modified movements. Love it.
I do not have wrist injury but it may happen as I put too much weight on them. The class helped me working on my shoulder strength and opening. Thank you Fiji!
I developed a very small cyst in my right wrist as a result of too much power yoga. Negligible, except too much chatarunga can flame up some serious pain. As such, I have to very careful with the strain I place on it, and this class was the ticket! So glad to have this!
