Power Yoga for Wrist Injuries
It's frustrating when you feel like you can't do your regular yoga practice due to wrist pain. Fiji shows you how you can maintain the same intensity level of a power yoga flow, while keeping the wrists safe. She takes you through a challenging flow that strengthens and stretches the entire body, particularly the shoulders.

Thoroughly enjoyed this practice. Great stretches and strength building!!
Thank you! I discovered Figi's classes after baby was born(post natal class great) but unfortunately have had severe carpal tunnel and tendonitis which has made yoga a challenge. I really appreciate this class allowing me to get into some good poses without exacerbating my injury, which I tend to do.
Really strong on the shoulders and much needed rest for my wrists! Lovely to get a proper shoulder stretch in too, as mine were aching after lugging a heavy toddler around. Thanks so much Fiji!
Well worth upgrading to the $5 a month... as a massage therapist, my wrists are my main worry in yoga, yet I need yoga to keep my body (and mind) happy and functioning. Thank you for providing a class that I'm sure many people need. My shoulders feel amazing and my wrists are happy.
