It's frustrating when you feel like you can't do your regular yoga practice due to wrist pain. Fiji shows you how you can maintain the same intensity level of a power yoga flow, while keeping the wrists safe. She takes you through a challenging flow that strengthens and stretches the entire body, particularly the shoulders.

This is a great class, thank-you for designing a class to accommodate wrist injuries! I don't have a wrist injury but I broke my forearm bones a few months ago and they are still healing. I can't do down dogs or full planks or any arm balances. This class works for me!

I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to do yoga after injuring my wrists. Thank you so much for providing this practice!

I've had sensitivity in one or both of my wrists for about 6 months but notice as I strengthen them more, the pain has decreased. This class instructs us to be mindful of the wrists, and focus on other ways of doing things. A new perspective on planks and Downward Dog. Thanks, Fiji!

Thank you Fiji, it was great to do a class without any down dogs, saving pressure on my painful and inflamed wrists. As always with you classes I really appreciated the careful sequencing of the poses.
