It's frustrating when you feel like you can't do your regular yoga practice due to wrist pain. Fiji shows you how you can maintain the same intensity level of a power yoga flow, while keeping the wrists safe. She takes you through a challenging flow that strengthens and stretches the entire body, particularly the shoulders.

I find dolphin pose a challenge as my right forarm refuses to lay flat so I keep it upright thumb facing up? Hmmm what can I do? Great class as usual $5 a month such a small price to pay for health care! Namaste!
Forever thankful!

Great class - but when you do the beginning flow, there is a piece done on the right side but not the left...! Other than that, a GREAT class for someone with a wrist injury.

This was very challenging for me. My wrists are not injured but my shoulders are not my strongest feature. I'm going to patiently work on this, as Fiji suggests. Waiting for some shoulder opening and strength to ease in. Great variation on some favorite poses. Thanks
