This class very sneakily got me to do some poses I've struggled with in the past. I did a full side plank without dropping a knee. I did some beautiful balance work in warrior 3. I didn't quite manage to balance my body weight on my forearms but maybe next time!

Amazing! Definitely a more gentle power yoga, not quite enough to break a sweat but enough to warm up and release the muscles. :)
I really enjoyed this class. The poses and words of encouragement and reminders were very helpful, and I loved the pauses to allow the body to remember what it had just done. Thank you, very much.
