Few yoga classes go so deep so quickly. Fiji takes you through this tough class mindfully, preparing the body for each stage and making sure that you don't push past your limit. A quick, challenging flow that leads to a sequence of wonderfully deep releases.

Fun short class. I love it. Fiji manages to challenge me without stressing any of my joints. Thank you. Love the pace, the instructions and the length.

This is definitely an advance practice however even as an intermediate it is fun to work on these poses in this practice.
Fiji is amazing, as always.

I don't know what you call the pose when you have your legs crossed and shoot them out to the side as you balance your chest forwards, but I did it! Only on the left side, but that was enough for me to crack a big smile during this compacted, efficient yoga routine. It will keep me smiling through the day. Thank you!
