I'm a mindful beginner but I have to check out Rachel's classes. I can do some. I loved the leg guide and sacrum for downward dog. My downward dog was always messing with my lower back, as is everything I do, but I got it! Priceless instruction. Thank you so much.

Hi there!
In this practice I believe I'm using "The Mat" by Lululemon. It's a good one. For my personal practice, I use a Manduka black mat. I love it. It's indestructible. They are pricey (and heavy), but if you can leave your mat at the place you practice, you will never have to replace. I've had mine for more than 5 years now and no wear and tear!

This was a wonderful practice. Deep and mindful and fluid. I loved it.
