Fabulous class and intense workout! Especially love the well-thought-out sequences with adequate time to rest and transition. Always love your flow, Rachel! The mood and positive tenor as well as explanations of asanas is refreshing and excellent as well. I really enjoyed the modest background music. Thank you. Namaste.

I'm so glad that you liked it! Quicker practices are great, but I'm also a fan of slowing things down and really working through the transitions. Slowing down can be super challenging! Thanks for watching :)

Hi everyone, thanks for the wonderful comments! Bird of paradise is such a tricky pose, but well worth wading in. I'm glad that you enjoyed the sequence. It absolutely does get easier with practice! :) xo Rachel

I completely enjoyed this thanks so much I received a few corrections to my posture I have been screwing up for years but even in a class could not pinpoint it ..sometimes the correct word at the correct time and wow you just line up and the pose comes easily

it really is about balance and form thanks for such a good video that emphasized both

I enjoyed the intensity but slower pace of this class. It felt like a power class but with more time to rest and transition. I found the background music somewhat distracting, however. I would have preferred something that didn't sound electronic. Thank you for providing this new class.
