If you thought you knew yoga, try this class! Ron meticulously prepared and explained "blind flow" makes it a curious and challenging experience. Since English is not my first language, I had to open my eyes from time to time to get visual cues, but on the whole it was a very fulfilling session. I recommend it to anyone who wants to go beyond routine and work body self-awareness.
