Through self-touch, grounding and a heart-opening hatha practice, we explore our relationship to our body and consider how we can support ourselves in finding peace, ease and joy.
Thank you so much Helen - your messages of encouragement to accept yourself where you are always speak so deeply to me - thank you, thank you, thank you
Definitely more a beginner class but could be good for those really starting out developing their flexibility and who might feel self conscious trying out new poses.
It was my second class with Helen and, recovering from an injury and on my first days back on the mat, I love how inclusive it feels. How ok it is to not make the perfect pose and staying on the way, exploring. Accepting those limitations and working from there. Thank you, Helen.
I agree it might be more on the beginner side though.
At the height of my eating disorder, yoga became something that I punished my body with. Forcing myself into a shape that wasn't natural for me, I injured myself physically and emotionally many times. Helen - my sincerest gratitude for bringing playfulness and compassion into this practice. I'm reconnecting with my true love of yoga through your classes and it has meant a lot to me <3
This class is so wonderful. Helen, you're such a fantastic teacher, and you also have such a lovely wisdom that you convey so well. I learn something deeper about self-acceptance every time I do one of your classes.

I like this practice on days i can barely force myself out of bed, it's a sweet gentle caring practice, needed on a winter Friday morning.

Thank you Helen.
Great class - thank you. I agree with the other person who mentioned that this would be more of a beginner class. Nonetheless, did me right!

I enjoyed this class, but it is more
a beginner level than intermediate in my opinion
