I love Helen so much. Even though this is a baseline class for my level of practice, her ~vibe~ and humor and cooing feel engaging and supportive. My body has been commented on and criticized in all of its stages and shapes (I was 'thin' for a while and now I'm, like, sturdy :), so ima say the self-acceptance and -love Helen teaches feels great for any body size.

Beautiful, calming class - very nice for getting back into yoga when your body has had a break. I'd argue that this is a beginner class with one intermediate pose - so that is misleading. Otherwise, great for breath, slowly get back into the bod, and feeling serene.

Thank you for your feedback, adding a level to a class can be tricky when it is multilevel in nature. Happy you enjoyed the practice
