I am so incredibly grateful for this practice today - thank you Fiji and DYWM! Like several others have said in the comments, I'm not quite there with some of the poses but it really didn't matter to how much I enjoyed it - and it was a joyeous realisation that I am stronger than I thought - in asanas and in mind! So good. I found myself meditating after this class without intending to. The only other time I can recall that happening is on another one of Fiji's classes.... thank you.
