Fiji classes always bring me to a state of harmony mind and body. Words can’t express how thankful I am to be able to still do your classes after 8 years that I came across to DYWM and evolve from beginner to advanced classes and 2 two children :). Thank you Fiji and DYWM team!

Fantastic class! I feel balanced and my body feels happy-tired and energised. So good! I'll definitely come back to this one again and again 😁

Great class but HOW is it possible to go from wild thing to wheel without dislocating a shoulder i don´t know. Anyway, fun class for trying out ridiculously difficult poses.

I rotate the hand on the ground toward the middle of the mat while I deepen the backbend. While rotating that hand, I reach the arm that's in the air toward the mat and move my gaze toward the mat by deepening the arch in my neck. If the tops of my fingers touch the mat (of the free hand), that's usually enough for me to get traction, get the hand down and the then lift and fully reposition the bottom hand, then the feet. To get out is a bit trickier, but involves lifting and and turning (what will be) the bottom hand back to the start position. One side I can do it, the other side I just come out like a regular Urdhva D onto my back. Hope that helps, and please correct me if there's a better way DYWM family 😁🙏
