I am extremely surprised at this class, because generally i have a harder time with fiji classes because of the amount of details given orally that would make it hard to stay focused. This one was absolutely perfect, not one time i felt like there was too much talking and i could follow it till the end with pleasure. great job

I enjoyed this challenging class; I usually follow the intermediate classes but wanted to try advanced for a change. However, a few days later my feet started burning/tingling and I am struggling to walk. I have pinched nerves in my heels! Any ideas?

I am so sorry to hear that you are in pain. I have not heard about this before, I am not sure what has caused the pain. Burning sensation can be a sign of a pinched nerve, have you asked your doctor ? I hope you are feeling well again very soon.

Challenging and meditative at the same time. Really a very nice flow, great rhythm... just from the wild thing into the bridge I don´t know how to turn the hand which is on the floor ;-))
