I absolutely loved this practice; a perfect combination of meditative + challenging + fun! I loved the level of intensity, the fun and unexpected transitions, and the overall feeling I have right now. I look forward to feeling sore tomorrow, or maybe even this evening LOL. That was a good one. I have never done bird of paradise. With Fiji's instructions, almost anything is possible. I can't quite shoot my legs out to the side when crouched forward but I'm looking forward to working on that. Now I finally get why you may want to buy a particular routine. Thank you!

What a beautiful, delicious class. That move from wild thing into bridge was fun and I totally fell out both times trying to go in reverse, so I know I'll be so proud of myself when I can do it. That, and maybe one day getting my feet off the ground while balancing on my hands! You're always an inspiration, Fiji!
