I can’t make it more than 15 min through this class before I get bored, maybe it’s just me.
My body benefitted a lot from the spot-on guidance that helped targeting the range of muscles without compromising joint health. Kathi leads this class with knowledge, understanding and charisma. The class made me realise I have some breathing patterns that doesn't support my core crunches. Thank you 🙏
