This practice with Tracey is a warm and juicy flow. It prepares the hips and core for a little wild thing play, and the playful lift up, up and away into galavasana (also known as flying pigeon).

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 6 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Just what I needed the day after a run -delicious hip openers and I love the wild thing and side plank sequences - thanks for a juicy class!

Awesome practice Tracey. Well balanced, clear instructions, and provided the challenge factor without it seeming impossible. I feel refreshed and ready to start the day!

2/25/21 Not sure if it's the cold weather or simply my age, but I feel so much stiffer/less flexible lately despite my regular yoga practice. This class has a good pace to gently get deep into the hips first thing in the morning (extra tight!) without feeling like I am hurting myself. The prep poses for galavasana were plenty deep for me and I finished the class feeling relaxed, loose, and awake. Thank you!
