What a fantastic class. Just a hint of challenge while staying inward and listening to my body. Thanks Satiya!

I have been nursing a shoulder injury that doesnt allow me to do downward dog or poses that put full weight onto my shoulder. This class was a perfect sequence that allowed me to stretch, release, and easily modify here and there for my injury. I loved the balance sequence. Thank you Satiya, the time flew by.

This was the perfect class to get back into practice after three months away from it. So gentle, soothing, and restorative. Loved every minute of it! Thank you!

Loved this practice, will definitely do this one again. Just getting back into my practice after 3 1/2 months, wasn't sure where to start but this was a great place. Enjoyed!

I really liked this class, thank you. It was quite challenging in some poses for a beginner but not too much. I really appreciate that some thought has gone into it so that I can be challenged enough to see where I'm making progress over time. I found the Savasana to be exceptional in this class, I could tangibly feel the practice integrating. I would have liked it a bit longer but then I'm always one for a long Savasana!

Wonderful grounding, strengthening, balancing and slowly stretching practice - thankyou Satiya!
A god(dess) sent for this body at this time of having strained my lower back on one side.
Back to the basics to be sustainable.

Thank you, I really enjoyed this one. I think I will add you to my list of favourite teachers. Really nice pace, with lots of stretching and you have a really calm presence Satya
