This was perfect for my 55year old body which is definitely talking to me at the moment. I would love more classes for our age group. Classes that have challenge but in a slow pace. Thank you.

I find that if you select the older teachers you will find a slower paced practice. Although Melissa is a young teacher, her practices are also a bit slower with a bit of challenge too.
