I found this class puzzling. The balances seem quite advanced - not beginner level at all. The rest of the class is slow and beginner oriented. Then the balances - whoa, another thing entirely. It's a bit discouraging, I thought. Normally I really like Satiya's classes.

It is great to get as many tips as possible for one-leg balances and you gave me another tip to focus on - so thanks for this. I loved your little chuckle at the end of our one-leg poses. It helped me lighten up a little and chuckle as well.

Thank you for a wonderful practice. I haven't worked out in months. I had surgery for breast cancer and endometrial cancer back in November and I just finished my chemotherapy. Although I have always been an active person, my 51 year old body needed a slow intro back into yoga. Your class hit all the right spots, thank you!
