3/17/20 Intense and meditative - I got a little lost in the middle (after wild thing on the first side) but got back on track. Deep stretches and ample opportunity to observe where my thoughts go when things get intense.

Funny, I got lost at the same place and then also got back on track for the second wild thing. I mixed up the crossing of my feet on the first side but got it right the second time :-)
