No doubt Fiji is wise and, at times, even poetic. However, I found there was too much talking, such as describing in detail the transitions into the asanas. This is an intermediate class so naming the asana should enough. Where it is helpful is the commentary of what happens while in a pose, and ways to adjust or deepen. I also like the encouragement to deeply engage in the poses.

Wonderful practice for those who have been practicing a while and want to slow down or need to slow down.
Fiji is such a wonderful guide explaining the poses and the linking of mind and body.
This is also wonderful for anyone who is newer to yoga and starting to become more of an intermediate yogi.
