This was my first time doing this class. I wanted something long and slow to stretch and relax my body after 2 vigorous days of yoga back-to-back! This class did not disappoint. Of course, I did not watch the video all the way through before attempting it and any kind of headstand is just not available to me right now, but the FEELING I got (and this class is all about "feeling") was "well, I can do THIS much instead" and ego got totally out of the equation. Will add this to my weekly go-to's.
