What a nice lovely flow that is perfect length and keeps interest throughout. I have to say that I really appreciate the attention Fiji pays to linking body and mind and slowing down us anxious types to be more present in sensation and in the moment. So exciting to get new great classes like this - I am very grateful - thank you!!!
