Evening Restorative Flow
Many restorative yoga lovers have long advocated the beneficial effects of this style of yoga on our sleep. We sleep more restfully, fall asleep more easily and wake up feeling rejuvenated and energized. Note: you will require a two bolsters, two blankets and two blocks.
