I am grateful the Program introduced me to Tianne and this amazingly effective restorative yin class.

Very interesting class. Slow and meditative. I would have liked for some of the holds to be longer as it felt like I was just starting to fully relax when they came to an end.

Potentially a nice class - but as others have said it would be helpful if the description explained you need 2 bolsters, 2 blocks, 2 cushions and 2 blankets (at least). I found the volume pretty quiet even though I had it on full volume. And I found it less of a flow - more a series of unconnected poses tacked together, which I found a bit annoying. Nevertheless despite all the negatives it was a nice class, I like this teacher and I did feel more relaxed afterwards. But could you please sort out the description and volume issues - and consider not calling it a flow as it wasn't really.
