Great energizing stretch!
After feeling extremely sore after yesterday's practice this was nice but I wish it was more of a stretch than a workout
Love this class! Fast paced flow that may be challenging for a true beginner but hang in there because the stretches are worth it
I hope to be able to do this someday but at this point it’s too fast for me. I struggle with 3 legged dog and this has quite a few of those poses. Rachel is great as always.
